The location was marvellous and fantastic, 0.5 miles to Merignac airport, perfectly reachable. Overall the staff was polite and welcoming👌😃

Unfortunately, there was no onsite parking.

i had spotless room with nice sized bathroom, excellent lighting, coffee/tea.

The rooms here are nicely furnished and have complimentary Wi-Fi, and they prioritize safety by providing in-room safes.

This place was amazing with really good cleanliness, excellent Wi-Fi, and a fantastic location near a public car park; the staff was extremely polite and the daily service was top-notch.

The room here was nicely taken care of, with all the essentials including coffee and tea amenities, a work desk, and a variety of TV channels, and the breakfast offered was exceptional.

The room provided good complimentary products. We had access to a wake-up service.- The room was equipped with coffee/tea making facilities and glassware.- The staff members were caring and attentive.

Expensive materials but bad atmosphere when furnishing. Windows go to the light well. Breakfast room too narrow, without atmosphere, also oriented to the light shaft, air-conditioner was out of order and nobody was able to change anything.

Below average price-performance ratio. Standard room for 2 persons is very small. Hardly any storage facilities (bathroom) or storage possibilities (cupboard/room). Does not correspond to any modern standard anymore. This room category is only suitable for a short stay for one person. 4-star rating of the hotel questionable.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and appreciated the nice touches in the room, the staff were very accommodating and the hotel's central location, just 200 meters from the Grand Theatre, made it very convenient.

The offer was good, not overly large, but of good quality. The room is narrow and somewhat gloomy.

Location, location, location,... the bed was comfortable, and because we stayed there for a week- we had a quiet room. The room 201 was also reasonably big. the receptionist was ok with us seeing another room as well- we stuck with her original choice (though of course, she chose the second room to show us). We did not have breakfast in the hotel- so no comment there.

Cumbersome and slow wireless internet. It was organised so each computer had to get an individual 24h ID and password from the reception, and of course you had to to this every day. The room had some corners that had not been vacuum-cleaned in a while, and albeit quiet our room had a view of the inner yard.
